SCHOOL RULES BY SNIPS AND SNAILS

Oh dear. I really messed up my notes. I thought I blogged about this adorable kit called School Rules by Snips and Snails. By the way Stephanne Moorhead is the designer of Snips and snails So fun to use . I don't have school children of my own anymore. My grand daughter is just almost and my grandson is nearly just 2 weeks old.  Luckily, Iya who happens to become a cam hater, however, was kind enough and cooperative to pose in her little study corner.  I was so lucky to get a little smile too. LOL In the first photo, she was talking nonsense. We really could not understand what she was saying. All we know is she's immitating her mom when she teaches her. She writes a lot of scribbles on her board and enjoys erasing them. She's just too sweet.

I GOT IN AT DID

I applied as a CT at DID( Designs In Digital) when I saw an ad in DST.  I just tried. I know it's hard to be a CT in a store like DID. I really wished I get in because they have great designers in there.  I honestly did not expect to get in. I don't buy kits or anything from their store. As if I buy from stores. LOL. Plus I was not a registered member of DID.  Never post anything there. Surprisingly, I got an email from DID that I got in. YES! I am still getting used to the forum.  There are more requirements as a CT ( quite a lot of challenges hihi) but so far I am enjoying it. Thank you DID for giving me the chance to be part of the team. 
My first assignment is to make layouts for Lali Creations and this is the very first layout I made for DID and Lali Creations. The kit is called Lovely Day. The kit is so pretty and so soft. I used the kit for the  Siggy Challenge at DID too. Here  are the preview and my layouts for this lovely kit:

Isn't it so pretty?  This is the first time I made a siggy. Hmmmm. A lot of first times in DID. Thanks for the challenge I was obliged to make one hahaha.  I needed that. Well, my grand daughter Iya has become a cam hater. I was so lucky I managed to get a smile from her.  Thank you Nancy Farnum (again) for letting share Ellie's photos.  She's such a darling.I might be posting a lot of her pages here.

SUSAN GODFREY DESIGNS

Another fabulous designer that I am working for is Susan Godfrey. This is her shopSusan Godfrey Designs. Thank you for letting me join your team. She's one lady who will always keep you inform about what's going on, what we need to do and remind what we are suppose to do. hahaha. I like it that way. I am a very forgetful person. I am really enjoying her designs too. The first kit I did for her is called Fashionista. I really requested to use this because I have perfect pictures of my daughter Edrica. ENJOYING PLUS A FREEBIE

I am really enjoying my CT assignments.  I never had fun that much fan till now.  I was again accepted as a CT member at Snips and Snails Designs and the shop is located at Digital Scrap Ink. I really enjoyed the kits I worked on. I will feature the Sweet Summer Kit first because I still don't have the direct links to their upcoming School Rules and Yummy Yummy Kits yet. know my duty is only to make 2 layouts but when I am still inspired and have more time I scrap more. hehehe. In the first place, I have tons of summer photos of Iya.  We only have 2 seasons here ; wet or dry. When it is not raining, it's always summer.LOL Here are 3 layouts I made for Sweet Summer Kit:

And now for my freebie as promise. I try to play around with my adobe from time to time. When I saw some unedited photos of Iya and imagination pops in my mind, I made my own designs.  I was supposed to make this as a kit but I keep on promising a freebie. I will give it as QP first and perhaps just add more elements and papers to convert it into a kit when I get more time. I will surely have more when I get home.

Key Lime Pie for Jumping Jelly Bean Designs

Ooooh I love this kit. It is called Key Lime Pie by Jumping Jelly Bean Designs You can make a lot of wonders with it especially with the papers. Included in one of my pages is my new grandson, Aiden Christian. Born last Sept.24,2010.  He was due on the 20th but I guess he feels so comfortable in her mom's womb so he did not want to go out.  My daughter was induced on the 24th and he was forced to go out. LOL.  He is our second grandchild. My hubby was so excited that he kept on texting and calling. He was laughing when I confirmed him that it was a boy.  Aiden is very mestizo and long legged.  He is such a really cutie.  Now I have a new model for my scrapbooking projects.  The second layout is a photo of Ellie, her Mom Sarah and her brother Jackson.  I am so happy that Nancy loves the layouts I do for Ellie.

One thing I love about doing layouts for JJB Designs is that I can do anything with the papers. It's really something I enjoy doing.Thanks for the freedom to do this. HiHiHi.

FIRST LOs for JJBD

Okay I will be giving you a free QP very soont. Hehehe.I just need to pack and make a sample photo for it.  I am still very busy updating everything. And this blinkie posting was quite complicated for me. hehehe. I am not a real fan of blinkies until now. hahaha Plus, my daughter's internet connection is too slow that I have to close other windows to make it a little faster. This slows me down!!

  My first LOs were done using Spunk of Energy. I just love the colors of this new kit and you can do a lot of stuffs with the papers. I really enjoyed playing with them. And those bird elements are really so adorable. I am pretty sure that I will be using this kit again.I am not finished playing with the papers yet. The first page is my daughter Edrica and her hubby Marc.  They had their recent Mediterranean Cruise on board  Royal Carribean's Freedom of the Seas.  Isn't that awesome! The second page is Ellie. I have always enjoyed looking at her photos in my SBF and FB friend Nancy Farnum's  albums that I really asked her permission if I can use her in some of my LOs.  Iya is becoming a cam hater.  I can't take good photos of her. Grrrr. Thank you Nancy for letting me use them. you are a BIG help! You will be see more of her lovely photos. Quite BZ

Hi Everyone,! Got no freebie yet but I am working on it.  Gosh, I really don't know where to start.LOL. I am still with my daughter in Cebu. My daughter gave birth to a very cute and healthy baby boy yesterday! I will talk about it on my next post.  When I had no laptop yet I really got so bored.. missed scrapping so much  that I bought 5 scrapping books at a Booksale.  Well, they  were quite so tradtional and so simple but they gave me a lot of ideas. After reading them, and repeatedly look at some sample layouts, the more I missed scrapping. To kill my itch for scrapping, I decided to browse and sometimes comment on LOs in DST and DSA and accidentally  saw a CT call section in the forum.. When Deborah of SIS invited to me to become one of them, it really inspired and challenged  me to be better.  I decided to apply to some designers , I was unlucky to some but very lucky to some as well. So now , I am a CT Member of Jumping Jelly Bean Designs, Susan Godfrey Designs, Scrapbookizate, and Snipsnails and of course Scrap It Sassy. Honestly, I am still awaiting for some other replies. hehehe. SIS girls! Am I the most scrapaholic? LOL,

As mentioned earlier, thank you to my daughter and her hubby for helping me get a new laptop, I was scrapping earlier than I thought. I started taking pictures of my grand daughter Iya who is now a camera hater.  I really could not get a good pose from her . I had to resort to some of my friends like Nancy Farnum ( thank you so much for Ellie's photos) for pictures of their children and grandchildren for some kits that I have to work on.
