Designs in Digital Layouts

Oh Dear.  It seems that I really have to schedule my blogging.  I have made a few layouts for Designs in Digital this month.  I could have done more but the wedding, and Iya's birthday took a lot of my time. I was assigned to make layouts for Missy's Bits and i chose this lovely kit called Cozy Christmas. The kit has the traditional Christmas colors and it gives me the real feeling of Christmas.  I used our recent family photo during our son's wedding and it really looks so beautiful.  Here is a preview and the layouts I made. They are lovely! I love it!LOL. Hmmm.. I think this kit would really look  aawesome  for vintage photos too. I should have made one. Don't you think so too? Hihihi. Thank you Missy's Bits for this beautiful Christmas kit.
Then I did the December 2010 Designing Duo I'm Gonna Be Warm This Winter by Jeanie's Designs and Lotte+Line Design. I honestly have run out of Christmas photos so I asked my friend Kendra if I could use some photos of her little monsters again. LOL. Thanks again Kendra.  We don't have snow in our country and I wanted to use the snowman. Kendra's little boys have fun photos in the snow and they are perfect for this duo. Then I saw Soupy's photos ( a friend's dog) and I loved it . I realized that this is not my first time to scrap a dog.  I did a poster for Hope of her dog(unfortunately died andwho happens to look like Soupy ) Soupy is a replacement of that dog.  She said that the poster is hanging in her husband's office. Isn't that sweet? She loves this layout again of her dog. Thanks for appreciating it Hope. PICTURE PERFECT BY SNIPS AND SNAILS DESIGNS

Here is another lovely kit from Stephanne Moorehead of Snips and Snails Designs. Inspired by the works of Kim Anderson, Stephanne created this beautiful kit. As Stephanne described her kit. "It has the same old fashioned, black and white with a splash of color feel as those beautiful works of art. The perfect kit for capturing those precious pictures of girls or boys."

 The first layout is again our son and his wife now during their precuptial photo shoot. The second is a daughter of a friend who had her photo shoot for an accessory ad.

CELEBRATION BY AZUR SCRAP

I have always been a fan of Azur Scrap because of her beautiful kits. When I saw her CT Call ad at Digishoptalk, I immediately took the chance and applied for it.  I was so so thrilled when I got an email and a link to her CT forum. This is another challenge for me. Layouts of her CT are also fabulous.  I have to do good as well. Hihi.  I really hope that she will like my layouts.  Thank you so much for putting your trust in me.  I really hope that I will be able to do justice to all you designs.

Aren't those funny little creatures so adorable? I was so happy to see this because Iya just celebrated her birthday last December 4 and the kit is so perfect for Iya's birthday photos.  Here is a layout I did with this wonderful kit.

 Awesome isn't it? I made two layouts. The first layout is of Alex, daughter of a family friend.  She is actually wearing something Chinese and the kit is more Japanese but the kit suit perfectly for her.  I love how it turned out.
And I made something really Japanese.

I am so thankful for this kit because I was able to scrap some of my sons wedding moments especially at the reception. Here are a couple of them

 

 The first photo is my daughter Edrica being smashed by her cousins ,the 2 jumbo brothers JR and Eli. The last handsome guy standing on the right is her brother John Mat. The rest are all her cousins. The second layout is a photo of the bride and groom's best friends since college. Chummy, the one holding the bride's gown is their wedding planner.  Ooooh thank you so much Chummy. Without you I will probably have a nervous breakdown.  The wedding was a success though there were a lot of glitches .  Thank God it's over.
