Susan Godfrey has just released her Love Our World Kit. This cute kit is perfect for photos featuring just how you're going green!  It's colors also make it suitable for a variety of different layouts.She also created some layer styles to fit the kit . Honestly, I am  not a nature lover person. Yes I admire sometimes and I love flowers. hehe.  Probably because I don't go out that much. MY LAYOUTS

Happy Scrapping everyone . My son is here and my 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren will be arriving this Friday.  It's going to be an awesome busy by enjoyable 2 weeks with them.  Cameras will be clicking,  tons of photos for scrapping. This month will be one of the most memorable event of our lives. Not only because it is our son's wedding but after 4 years. our family will be complete.  Thank you dear God for making everything possible,

CSD CONTEST LAYOUTS

Well, the contest is finished. Too bad I did not make it. As the saying goes" Better luck next time" LOL. Thank you for the challenge and for the fun.  I really learned a lot. But on the positive side, Mozz made it! Hurrah.  She's a very nice lady I met at CSD. Too bad we can't celebrate her success for real.  HAHAHA.  We twice had the same idea for a layout. "Great minds think alike" Yes Mozz, we are great! HAHA. Well, i'll be around CSD, thanks a lot for having an open gallery, I can still post my layouts there. LOL. As for the challenge, well, I wish I could join more often but my kits are so limited.. Just joined Karen's Blindlift Challenge and I truly enjoyed it.  Here are the layouts I created for ROUND 2. The kit is from PASKO called A FRIENDLY MOOD

AND HERE ARE MY LAYOUTS:  We need to have a big empty space for a layout. Never did this before and I am starting to like it. Will try to make another one with another kit next time

And here's one page of Iya that I love. I love my  blending. LOL

And of course our little new grandson needs to have a page.  There are rules in making the layouts. I just don't have time to elaborate them.

And here is the last round. A very nice fantasy kit from PACI called FANTASTIC LAND. The moment I saw the kit I knew I had to make a scene.  Took me almost a day to finish this layout. The idea keeps on coming and changing and changing. LOL. This is one special kit for Iya . I thought I made my winning piece.

This is not the original actually. I made another page with 3 papers blended. I did not post this because it might not be considered as a scraplift.  A friend  from digiland told me that scraplifting is doing a layout that is not exactly the same as the model layout shown but rather getting the main idea from that model so I did this

I just love it. LOL! Love the bear too. HAHAHA.
And my last layout is a romantic layout. When I thought of romantic pictures, my daughter Edrica's prenuptial photos always come into mind and so I did this page.  One of my favorites too.

Thanks for the learning and the experience It was my first time to join a CT contest and I never thought that scrapping can also give some pressure on you. LOL. Most of all thanks for the wonderful comments of the designers and contestants on my artworks. Thanks to Addie and Karen  for being so accommodating and patient with my questions. ( I guess I did ask too much) HAHA. Thanks Mozz . You are really a very  nice person. I'll try to check and give comments on your masterpieces at CSD as time permits. God bless you all

MORE HALLOWEEN KITS

I've work of 3 beautiful monsterrific kits for  3 great designers and I want to share them with you. Moonster Moosh by Jumping Jelly Bean Designs. It's so colorful! And the elements are so whimsical. I made 1 layout and 1 quickpage for this kit and it was really fun.  My grandson Popo loved it and even made it his profile picture in Facebook. LOL The layout feature brother Caleb and Brayden.  I had to ask their mom Kendra for some Halloween pics because I don't have any. We don't celebrate it because we have no kids around anymore. Maybe if my grand daughter Iya was here, I would probably buy her costume for the sake of taking pictures for my layouts. hahaha. I think next year I would do that. OK Next kit is SNIPS AND SNAILS DESIGNS SPOOKY. This kit is also so lovable .The characters are so cute .  I love the papers and the glitters  of this kit. You can make wonders with them.. As i have said Iya does not have Halloween photos yet so I featured her hair when she was about 6 mo. old.  We had to tie her hair most of the time. Well, let's showcase my layouts . Hihihi .I have been a member of the  CT for Designs in Digital for a month already and I really had so much fun working on some kits. The challenges were awesome as well. I wish I could join all of them. hihi  I have featured the first kit I did for Lali Creations already in my previous posts.  I want to share with you the other 2 wonderful kits I made layouts with.

I had no kit to work with after Lovely Day by Lali Creations so I asked Tammy to work on the September Collaboration Kit "Indian Summer".  It's a beautiful collab kit by the DID Designers.  I was so happy Tammy ( our CT head) allowed me to work on some layouts with it. I also joined the The DID Wordart Challenge and used the same kit. the flower is not included in the kit though. Here it is:

By the way, I also joined the Scraplift Challenge featuring my new grandson Aiden  Christian and used  the Lovely Day although I just changed the colors to make it fit for a baby boy .  I was the next choice for the DID LOTW.  We were required to make layouts for the every month's collab kit and I was so happy to work with the October Collab Kit Fall Harvest. I  love the colors. Ooooh  I really enjoyed this kit. I love this collab so I had to make a page of me  using the same kit for the Photography Challenge/. I seldom do this . Most of the time I am behind the cam. Hahahaha. I had to set the cam timer to get a shot of me. Hihihi

Well, I was done with my requirements for DID but once an addict is always an addict.  I am a scrapaholic. HAHAHA. I requested to work on the October Designing Duo" Ghosts, Doblins and Witches" by Shelly Marie and Tink's Trinkets. I just could not believe what I read when I opened a thread in  our Caged Bird Design forum.    Chelsea Doudy is asking for help. She's the owner of Caged Bird Designs. Her husband was diagnosed with skin cancer and has to have surgery in the next 2 months. I would like to spread this message to all scrappers and designers that one of us needs you .
