Thank You.

Thanks to all of you who had the time to visit and comment on my blog. It a really inspires me to post more. hahaha. Anyway, for Chingjp( who has lots of fantastic freebies in her blog too) my kababayan, Philippines is still the same I guess before you left the country. I don't live in Manila though i am from there. I can't stand the traffic , heat and pollution. I prefer where I am now , in Dumaguete City. It is in Negros Oriental in the Visayas.They say it is the City of gentle People. Hmmm, I guess so. City of Schools too. Silliman University is here, where my son is studying. A couple of weeks ago, we were hit by strong rains which caused severe flooding in some areas. 5 people died when their houses were swept out by the flood. Luckily our place is high so we were not affected. The rains only destroyed some of my euphorbia collection. Huhuh. 3 were very expensive. Politically, I guess it is still the same if you know what I mean. Hahaha.

Gotta go for a while. Have to pick up my hubby in downtown. Lotsa hugs to all of you. God bless you all.

NOW I HAVE A FREEBIE!

Finally, I was able to take a little time to do some simple designs for everybody. I love scrapping my new and only grand daughter Iya (who happens to look like her Aunt Edrie)so I have to make something for babies. Hahaha. Some of the elements are cliparts that I found and cut them and the rest are all done by yours truly with the help of adobe,some plugins and free styles that I downloaded.

Love is in the air but I don't know why I can't get ideas for a Valentine freeebie. I decided to download from freebies from other designers. hahaha. Honestly, I have not done a Valentine page for anybody yet. I am only so inspired to scrap Iya . and download other freebies. hihii.In fact, I* feel so so sad because my daughter and her husband decided to leave for Cebu ( an island from us) with Iya next month. I don't know what I would feel when that time comes. Huhuhu. I just hope Ian (son in law) would allow Iya to come back by May until she finishes all her immunitations. I don't think her mom can stand her tantrums everytime she gets immunize. OH OH I wish you could help me encourage him. Haha.

Happy New Year

Well, it is so so late for the greeting but still I hope you all have a much much better year this year. I am so busy with my grand daughter Iya that I really don't have much time to update my blog and even make some freebies for you. I've got tons of her photos so I spend most of my time (when I have the time) to grab freebies from my digiscrapdepot, scrapbookflair, and other freebie sites. Now that Iya Marie has a yaya now ( or a nanny) , I am sure I will have more time in the computer . Hahaha. I don't have much artistic skills so I simply play around with my adobe and when i like what turns out then yipee! got a freebie!

I promise to do one. I have been looking and surfing at so many creative and wonderful designers and I really want to make as beautiful freebies and kits. I promise I will have one soon. MY 1ST GRANDCHILD HAS ARRIVED!

December 4,2008 is one of the most memorable date in our lives. Iya Marie ( our 1st grandchild) has arrived at 2:23PM. She is such a cute and adorable baby. When I first saw her in the nursery, tears fell down my eyes. Don;t even know why but I really cried. Finally, I am now more relax because Crissy delivered her baby in a normal way and they are both so well. Iya is so healthy weighing 6.12 lbs. My feeling right now is undescribable. They are right! It is so wonderful to be a grandmother. I am still thinking what she should call me. Grandmoms are called Lola in our country.

When I saw our precious little Iya, I got inpired to do a wordart and share them to you. These are my feelings for her. Hope you like them. So happy I can scrap. Made lots of digiscraps for her already and the photo here is just one of them. Thank you so much for appreciating my works. Hope you leave some comments too. My Christmas Freebie

I brought my daughter to her gynecologist. The baby is not yet coming out. LOL. We'll be back on Friday again. We are really praying for a normal delivery. I think Dr. Flores is thinking of inducing her on Friday. Please pray with me that everything's going to be okay. I honestly am very very nervous.

Anyway, since I don't go out often nowadays because of my daughter, I made another freebie. This is my first Christmas kit. Not much inside but I really love them . especially the christmas balls. Hope you will like them too. In the Christmas greeting that I made includes embellishments from, Lisetescrap, a couple of gifts from Yorkybar and the wordart is from Jaelop. Well, I think I will be staying late with my computer tonight . My husband is out of town for a 1 day seminar in Cebu City. Believe it or not, I really can't sleep without him. LOL> So True!
